🍹Summer cocktails - fruity and refreshing

Are you in the mood for some fresh flavors? Then the Raspberry mojito is just the right cocktail for you!

Ingredients per glass
1 handful of raspberries
1 sprig of mint
1 lime
2 tablespoons of cane sugar
5 cl white rum
9 cl sparkling water
Ice cubes for serving
Mint to garnish

Step 1:
Wash the raspberries and mint. Then crush the mint with a pestle. Wash the lime too and cut into slices. Now place half of the raspberries and lime slices in a glass together with the cane sugar and rum and press down with a pestle. Then mix everything together.

Step 2:
Add the mint, remaining raspberries and lime slices, as well as ice cubes, and fill up with sparkling water. Garnish with mint and serve.

Tip
If you skip the rum, you get a delicious mocktail, completely alcohol-free.

Ingredients for 4 servings
Ice cubes
200 ml Lillet Blanc
400 ml Wildberry lemonade
100 g blackberries
100 g raspberries
15 g fresh mint

Step 1: Fill four cocktail glasses with ice cubes.
Step 2: Add 50 ml Lillet Blanc to each glass.
Step 3: Fill each glass with 100 ml Wildberry lemonade.
Step 4: Garnish cocktails with blackberries, raspberries and fresh mint.

Tip
You can also use Prosecco instead of Lillet Blanc.
