Yes, the subscription fee is due in advance. Once we have processed your flower subscription, you will receive a single invoice for the entire subscription period. This ensures reliable planning and execution by our florists.

Where can the flower subscription be delivered?
The flower subscription is available throughout Switzerland. Thanks to the Fleurop network, local florists handle the arrangement and personal delivery of the flowers. In exceptional cases, and particularly in very remote locations, delivery may be made by package. For a flower subscription, this will be discussed in advance with the customer.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home when my flower subscription is delivered?
If the recipient isn’t present, the florist will deliver according to the selected delivery options - for example by leaving the flowers with a neighbor.
Do I also earn MyFleurop points with a flower subscription?
Yes, for every flower subscription order, you automatically earn MyFleurop points that you can use for future orders.
Can I redeem MyFleurop points for my flower subscription?
