TWINT-Shop FAQ

Here you will find answers to important questions about the Fleurop TWINT-Shop.
In TWINT+, you can order flowers directly from our partner Fleurop and have them delivered to an address of your choice in Switzerland. Payment is taken care of directly, easily and conveniently using TWINT.

How it works:

  • Open your TWINT app and tap the «TWINT+» tile.
  • Tap Give flowers as a gift» and you will be forwarded to the web application of our partner Fleurop in your Internet browser.
  • Select the offer you would like by tapping it.
  • Depending on the offer, there are different versions to choose from, for example with a bunch of flowers. Select the size you would like.
  • You will subsequently be asked to choose your desired delivery date. Deliveries can be made on the same day provided that the order is submitted before 3 p.m. on weekdays and before 1 p.m. on Saturdays.
  • You now have the option to add a greeting card. If you select this option, you will be given the choice of several designs and can add your own personal greeting text or use one of the numerous suggestions.
  • Enter your own address under “Customer” as well as the desired delivery address. Your personal details that you entered under “Customer” will be saved for your next order, meaning that they only need to be entered when placing your first order.
  • Select at least one of the available delivery options.
  • Once you have reviewed the summary of your order again and, where necessary, left comments for the suppliers, you can tap “Purchase” to take you to the payment screen.
  • You will now be taken back to the TWINT app where you can confirm the payment.
  • The flowers will be delivered as per your order.

Fleurop-Interflora is a flower intermediary with a network of selected specialist flower retailers which fulfil Fleurop orders by putting together and delivering fresh bunches of flowers upon receiving the orders. Fleurop takes care of the order process, the billing process between the customer and the partner stores, and acts as the point of contact, providing customers with a Customer Service team of professional employees.

You can choose the delivery date yourself when placing the order. Deliveries can be made on the same day provided that the order is submitted before 3 p.m. on weekdays and before 1 p.m. on Saturdays. Deliveries cannot be made on Sundays and public holidays.
