«High Noon» for Swiss flowers
Here you can find out why Fleurop is offering the first seasonal bouquet with Swiss flowers for only three months, where florists are
shopping and what the future may look like.

Summer is when the most flowers bloom in Switzerland
The seasonal bouquet with Swiss flowers is offered from July to September, because the offer of Swiss flower producers is then particularly large and varied. Therefore, it will be easy for our partner florists to compose a wonderful bouquet for you. And you will be rewarded with a composition that represents a Swiss section of
nature - a «Swiss Miniature» with flowers, so to speak.

How flower stores stock up on Swiss flowers
Normally, a florist stocks up on flowers at a Swiss flower exchange. But it's not so easy for everyone. After all, purchasing for a very remote store is more complicated than for one in the midlands. Of course, many flower stores have direct contacts with flower producers or even produce flowers themselves. But still: Fleurop must ensure availability for all partner stores and has therefore chosen months in
which Swiss flowers are easily available everywhere.

Futuristic visions are not excluded
Of course, we hope that this first seasonal bouquet with Swiss flowers will be a starting signal for something bigger. We are not exactly thinking of winter bouquets. But depending on the response from customers and partner florists, a floral arrangement could possibly be added in late summer. We have also set our sights on spring. After all, this is the time of spring flowers, many of which are
also grown in Switzerland. So, stay tuned.
