Reinforcement for our green boys!
Five new plants for men and an additional set of baby plants for men have been expanding the range of attractive, easy-care plants since February. Get to know them now.
Our new stars
The five «newcomers» are Strelitzia nicolai «King Charles,» Pilea peperomioides «Neil,» staghorn fern «Jimmy,» saw leaf cactus «Blade,» and desert rose «Kevin.»
They are named this way because the elegant splendor of the Strelitzia is reminiscent of the English king «King Charles.»
The Pilea peperomioides is called Neil after Neil Armstrong, the first man on the moon. We call the staghorn fern Jimmy because, like the legendary guitarist Jimmy Hendrix, it has a cool aura.
The sawtooth cactus is called Blade because its jagged leaves are reminiscent of the comic book hero «Blade» from the Marvel universe.
And the hardy desert rose is called Kevin, a reference to the famous Christmas movie «Home Alone.»
The new «Rising Stars» baby plants for men set includes a Pilea peperomioides (see Neil), a Monstera (see James), and a Zamioculcas (see Hulk) in small format.
This is King Charles (Strelitzia nicolai)
He’s all ears.
Pot diameter: 25 cm
Height: approx. 60 cm
We call the Strelitzia nicolai «King Charles» because its majestic presence and elegant splendor are reminiscent of the English king.
With its exotic flower, reminiscent of a bird of paradise ready to set off for new worlds, it symbolizes freedom.
At the same time, it is a candidate for immortality, which gives it an elegant «I'll live another 50 years in a pot» aura.
Its imposing appearance and tropical flair make it the epitome of beauty and splendor - perfect for luxurious decoration.
As a symbol of success and individuality, the strelitzia is an excellent gift after passing exams or other milestones – a green «You did it!» with style, which also suits King Charles III.
The strong color and concentrated energy represent a zest for life that transforms even Monday mornings into a beach vacation.
In short, those who are inspired by it charmingly rebel against boredom and celebrate life in tropical splendor.

This is Neil (Pilea peperomioides)
To the moon and back.
Pot diameter: 18 cm
Height: approx. 30 cm
Pilea peperomioides is named Neil after Neil Armstrong, the first man on the moon, because its leaves resemble flying saucers and thus remind us of outer space.
It is not without reason that it is called the UFO plant. Pilea seems like a charming all-rounder from the world of feng shui: a plant with many faces and even more nicknames.
For example, it is known as the Chinese Money Plant or Lucky Coin Plant because its round, coin-like leaves convey an impression of prosperity.
Occasionally it is called Artillery Plant – a reference to the fact that its seeds and pollen like to take on a life of their own.
But the symbolism is clear: luck, prosperity, and positive energy. Its relatively easy propagation also makes it a symbol of sharing and friendship.
In short, Pilea peperomioides has consistently positive connotations and enhances your home with a dash of cosmic positive energy.
Ideal as a gift or simply to treat yourself if you want to bring a little more prosperity into your living room.

This is Blade (Saw leaf cactus / Epiphyllum anguliger)
Looking sharp.
Pot diameter: 18 cm
Height: approx. 20 cm
Our saw leaf cactus is called Blade because its jagged leaves, reminiscent of a sharp blade, are inspired by the comic book hero «Blade» from the Marvel universe.
The saw leaf cactus is a dazzling diva of the cactus world. Symbolically, it stands for hidden beauty and the joyful surprise that comes when you take a closer look.
In the language of flowers, it is considered an expression of unconditional love and purity – perfect for special occasions where heart palpitations are desired instead of heartache.
Feng shui enthusiasts see it as a protective charm against negative energy, making the home a little safer, but definitely more stylish.
Its shoots can grow up to one meter long and have wavy edges. And: this plant is also known as the crocodile tail cactus or fishbone cactus.
In short: an elegant, robust and stylish companion that brings love, color, and a little mystery into the home.

This is Jimmy (Staghorn fern / Platycerium bifurcatum)
Wild and free!
Pot diameter: 18 cm
Height: approx. 30 cm
We call the staghorn fern Jimmy because, like the legendary guitarist Jimmy Hendrix, it has a cool aura, chillaxed but fully in tune with nature.
The staghorn fern almost seems like a forest avatar: thanks to spore reproduction, it continues to grow vigorously, and its leaves shoot out in all directions like antlers.
Symbolically, it stands above all for growth, vitality, and new life – a green source of fresh air par excellence.
In traditional Chinese medicine and feng shui, it embodies awakening and transformation and is associated with the element of wood.
The leaves are shaped like antlers and branch out beautifully with age. The staghorn fern has no flowers, is grey green in color, and has a waxy coating on its leaves that protects it from drying out.
In short, it is an evergreen power icon of closeness to nature that gives every room a touch of jungle feeling – completely pollen-free, but with lots of character.

This is Kevin (Desert rose / Adenium obesum)
Never be home alone again.
Pot diameter: 12 cm
Height: approx. 25 cm
We call our desert rose Kevin, a reference to the famous Christmas movie «Home Alone.»
Kevin is the black sheep of the family, who always makes us laugh and whom we all love.
He is clever and surprisingly resilient - just like this succulent beauty, which stays cool even in the scorching heat and dispels any winter blues.
Adenium obesum, the desert rose, is the succulent version of luck: happy vibes and prosperity included.
As a «healing crystal», it is said to connect the root and crown chakras and allow your intuition to rise a little higher - a spiritual gym for the soul, so to speak.
It looks like a tree, because its thick trunk is impressive and can store water.
That's why the desert rose stays green in summer in its hot homeland and blooms magnificently.
At home on your windowsill, it stays much smaller, loves the sun, and grows slowly - charm takes time, after all. The flowers appear from April to July in white, pink, red, and purple.
Conclusion: a cool mix and perfect for anyone who likes plants with a touch of magic.
