What is MyFleurop?

MyFleurop is Fleurop's loyalty program. With MyFleurop, we thank our customers for every Fleurop order. For every Swiss franc you spend on Fleurop orders, you receive one MyFleurop point. You can deduct the points you collect from orders or redeem them for attractive rewards. You also benefit from exclusive special offers, the MyFleurop benefits. Why can't I use my points?

Please make sure that you are logged in to MyFleurop. To use your points, you need a minimum of 300 MyFleurop points. These correspond to a value of CHF 12.00. If you have fewer points, or they have expired, they cannot be used. All details can be found in your MyFleurop account.

I can't log in / forgot my password

Please check the e-mail address again and make sure that the login details are correct. If you have forgotten your password, click on «Reset password».
