Little ray of hope - and the dream of the sea
Many automatically associate the summer with beach and sea. Here is a decoration tip that arouses anticipation and creates a beach atmosphere.
Materials:
Large glass vase; smaller, possibly colored glass vase;
large tea light candle; colored pebbles; small snail shells; small decorative fishes; string; flowers such as vetch tendrils and capsella.
Method:
- Put a thin layer of pebbles in the large vase.
- Place the smaller vase with the candle in the larger one and make sure that it stands firmly.
- Decorate the pebbles between the two vases with snail shells.
- Pour about 3 cm of water into the large vase and arrange the flowers in it.
- Hang the decoration fishes on a piece of string and tie it around the big vase.
Tip:
Much fits the motto «sea». A fish dinner or a paella for guests? Other decorative elements reminiscent of beach holidays, such as shells and sand? Of course, several lanterns also look good.
