Pure seduction - a sparkling fruity summer drink
It is fruity and sparkling and tastes simply divine. What's more, it

Ingredients for 6-8 people
Prosecco Albino Armani 75CL; 450 g strawberries; 50g sugar; 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice; edible flowers; cocktail picks.
Method
- Prepare ice cubes in the freezer in good time.
- Wash strawberries and mix with sugar and lemon juice.
- Pass the resulting strawberry puree through a fine mesh sieve with a spoon so that only the juice remains.
- Add the Prosecco to the strawberry juice. Make sure to hold the container at a slight angle so that not too much foam is formed.
- Pour the drink into glasses, add ice cubes and garnish with edible flowers and a strawberry on a cocktail pick.
Tip
If desired, you can add the puree to the Prosecco without sieving it.
